Auto-Teardown System - Why Are Carro Products Being Archived From My Store?
Carro’s Auto-Teardown system ensures that your store only lists products that are actively available from suppliers. If a product is removed from the Carro network, it will automatically be archived in your Shopify store to keep your catalog accurate.
How It Works
When a supplier makes a product unavailable to the Carro sales channel — by deletion, archiving, removal, or uninstalling Carro — the corresponding product is also archived in the retailer’s store.
Notifications
Within 1 hour of the product being removed from Carro, the retailer receives an email notification. This email includes:
The supplier’s name
A compressed list of the affected products
A downloadable CSV file with the complete list of removed products
Each email is specific to one supplier. For example, if products from two different suppliers are removed, you’ll receive two separate notifications.
