Can I Sell Carro Products Outside of Shopify?

No. Per Carro’s Brand Partnership Terms, retailers are not allowed to list Carro-powered products on any external marketplaces.
From the Retailer Responsibilities and Warranties section:
4.1 If you are a Retailer, you will:
4.1.1 Agree not to list for sale or sell any BP Products on third-party exchanges or marketplaces, including but not limited to: Alibaba, Amazon, Craigslist, eBay, Etsy, Google, Houzz, Newegg, OfferUp, Overstock, Rakuten, or Walmart.
Retailers found selling Carro-powered products outside of Shopify may have partnerships removed and risk termination of their account.
If you are a supplier and suspect that a partner is listing your products outside of Shopify, please contact support@getcarro.com for review.
