Contacting Your Partners
To communicate with your Carro partners, you’ll need to reach out to them directly.
You can:

All of your partner’s contact details are available in the Partners tab of your Carro dashboard.
Ending a Partnership

Partnerships don’t have to be permanent. If a collaboration is no longer the right fit, here’s how to end it:
For Retailers
You can cancel partnerships directly from your Carro account at any time.
Once canceled, the supplier’s products will be removed from your store.
For Suppliers
Currently, suppliers need to contact Carro Support to end a partnership.

Tip: Before ending a partnership, make sure all outstanding orders are fulfilled or refunded to avoid customer issues.
