Contacting Your Partners

To communicate with your Carro partners, you’ll need to reach out to them directly.

You can:

  • Email

  • Call

  • Text

All of your partner’s contact details are available in the Partners tab of your Carro dashboard.

Ending a Partnership

Partnerships don’t have to be permanent. If a collaboration is no longer the right fit, here’s how to end it:

For Retailers

  • You can cancel partnerships directly from your Carro account at any time.

  • Once canceled, the supplier’s products will be removed from your store.

For Suppliers

  • Currently, suppliers need to contact Carro Support to end a partnership.

  • Email at support@getcarro.com.

Tip: Before ending a partnership, make sure all outstanding orders are fulfilled or refunded to avoid customer issues.
