As a Retailer, What Happens If I am Unresponsive When My Card Can’t Be Charged?

If a retailer’s card cannot be successfully charged:

  • Retailers will be prevented from selling supplier products after 10 business days of unsuccessful billing attempts.

  • For inactive retailers, inventory will be set to 0 for all Carro-powered products.

  • Any orders older than 10 days that remain unpaid will be canceled.
