Download Order Data

Using the Order Data tool, you can download a CSV file containing all transactional data for your Carro orders, whether you are a Retailer or a Supplier, within a specified time range.

1. Navigate to your Reporting tab.

2. Select Order Data.

3. Follow the input prompts to specify the date range and download the report.

Note: Orders created in the past 24–48 hours may not appear in the report.
