How to Uninstall Carro

If you no longer want to use Carro in your Shopify store, follow these steps to remove it and understand what happens next.

1. Go to your Shopify Settings.

2. Click Apps and sales channels.

3. Select Remove next to Carro.

Note: Uninstalling Carro will also cancel your Carro subscription and immediately remove any active partnerships.

• Resolve pending orders or returns first. Removing Carro before those are handled may complicate fulfillment or refunds.

• Contact support if you plan to reinstall and want to maintain your prior connections.
