How to Change or Cancel Your Subscription
You can change or cancel your Carro subscription at any time.
Note: Only the Shopify Store Owner can manage subscriptions.
Change Subscription
In Shopify, open Carro’s Brand Partnerships app.
Click Settings (bottom left corner).
Select the Subscription & Fee tab.
Click Change Subscription.
Approve the change in Shopify if prompted.
Cancel Subscription
If you cancel during an active billing cycle, you’ll still have access until the end of the paid period.
If you lose access earlier, contact Carro Support.
In Shopify, open Carro’s Brand Partnerships app.
Go to Settings → Subscription & Fee.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Approve the cancellation in Shopify if prompted.
For Suppliers
There is only one Supplier plan (free) and it cannot be canceled while using Carro.
If you’d like to stop supplying:
Make all of your products Inactive in Carro.
This removes them from retailer partner stores and from the Carro directory.
Note: Uninstalling Carro from Shopify will automatically cancel your subscription.
