Canceling an Order as a Retailer

Fulfillment Accepted:

If the order has already been accepted for fulfillment, you must contact the supplier to cancel and refund the order. This protects suppliers from mid-fulfillment cancellations.

Fulfillment Not Accepted:

Tip: To get more time to review or edit orders before they are routed to suppliers, consider switching to Manual or Delayed Auto-Fulfillment.
