Can I Edit the Product Descriptions/Images of Supplier Products?

Yes! Both product descriptions and product images are fully editable within the retailer’s store. This allows you to:

• Tailor the messaging to better match your brand voice.

• Add clarity or context to help your customers understand the products.

• Any edits you make to product descriptions or images cannot be undone.

• If you’d like to reset a product back to its original supplier version, you’ll need to:

  1. Delete the product from your Shopify store.

  2. Re-add the product through Carro.
