Bulk Add & Auto Subscribe

Bulk Add allows retailers to add products from a supplier in bulk. This simplifies the process and saves time when adding a large number of products.

Auto Subscribe enables retailers to automatically add new products from a supplier as they’re released. With this setting turned on, new products listed by the supplier will automatically be added to the retailer’s Shopify.

Note: For non–Shopify Plus users, exceeding 50,000 variant uploads daily may cause throttling. Learn more about Shopify variant creation limits here.

1. Open the supplier's directory profile in Carro.

2. Click Select All.

   • You can uncheck specific products if you don’t want them included.

3. Click Add Selected Products.

4. Confirm the bulk add request.

5. Done! Depending on volume, it may take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours.

1. Navigate to the supplier’s directory profile in Carro OR the Partners tab.

2. Click Auto Subscribe: Off.

3. Toggle Auto Subscribe On and click Save.

4. Done!

Note: Auto Subscribe only applies to new products going forward. To add existing products, use Bulk Add.

To disable Auto Subscribe, repeat the steps above and toggle to Off.
