As a Supplier, What Do Carro Orders Look Like in Shopify?

When a retailer sells your product through Carro, the order will flow directly into your Shopify store just like any other order — but with special tags and details that identify it as a Carro partnership order.

• Orders will be tagged as:
  “Carro Retailer – Partner Name”

• This makes it easy to distinguish between your direct customer orders and orders generated through Carro.

• Shopify also allows you to filter orders by tag, so you can quickly view all Carro-generated sales.

• Each Carro order includes the retailer’s order number and details in the Additional Details section of the Shopify order page.

• This makes it easy to cross-reference between your records and your partner’s.

• Carro automatically applies your Revenue Split setting.

• The order will appear in your Shopify as a wholesale order, with the retailer’s portion deducted.

• You keep your supplier percentage, and the retailer keeps theirs.
