How Can Customers Track Their Orders?
Edited
Customers receive tracking details through the retailer’s emails, just like any normal Shopify order.
How It Works
When a supplier provides tracking information, it is automatically routed to the retailer.
The retailer’s Shopify store then includes the tracking details in the emails sent to the customer.
To the customer, it looks the same as any other order from the retailer.
If a Supplier Doesn’t Provide Tracking
If a supplier does not include tracking details, customers will need to contact the supplier directly for updates.
Mixed Cart Orders
If an order includes products from:
The retailer and a supplier, or
Multiple suppliers,
The customer will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. All emails still come from the retailer’s store, even for supplier products.
