How Can Customers Track Their Orders?

Edited

Customers receive tracking details through the retailer’s emails, just like any normal Shopify order.

How It Works

  • When a supplier provides tracking information, it is automatically routed to the retailer.

  • The retailer’s Shopify store then includes the tracking details in the emails sent to the customer.

  • To the customer, it looks the same as any other order from the retailer.

If a Supplier Doesn’t Provide Tracking

If a supplier does not include tracking details, customers will need to contact the supplier directly for updates.

Mixed Cart Orders

If an order includes products from:

  • The retailer and a supplier, or

  • Multiple suppliers,

The customer will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment. All emails still come from the retailer’s store, even for supplier products.
