Who Manages and Pays for Inventory?

When you list supplier products in your store through Carro:

• Suppliers own and control the inventory.
   They are responsible for storing, maintaining, and shipping the products to customers.

• Retailers don’t handle or purchase inventory upfront.
   You never warehouse, pre-buy, or manage stock as part of the partnership.

• You only pay after a sale.
   When a customer buys a supplier’s product from your store, the supplier fulfills the order and receives their share of the revenue. You keep your portion (minus standard Shopify/Carro fees).
