Mixed Cart orders occur when a customer purchases:
Products from the retailer’s own store, and
Products from a supplier’s store via Carro.
What Happens When a Mixed Cart Order is Placed
Order separation
Supplier products are split within the order to clearly show who fulfills what.
Automatic routing
The supplier’s portion is automatically routed to them for fulfillment.
Retailers only need to fulfill their own items.
Customer notifications
Customers receive separate emails with separate tracking numbers once each party fulfills their portion.
