Setting Up Free Domestic Shipping for Partner Products

Follow these steps in Shopify to enable free domestic shipping on all Carro partner products:

1. Go to your Shopify Admin and navigate to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.

2. Under General Shipping Rates, click Manage.

3. Scroll to the Shipping origins section and click Show details.

4. Find Carro Partnerships and click Manage.

5. Select Create new rates.

6. Scroll to the new section Shipping origins: Carro Partnerships.

7. Click Create zone.

8. Name the zone. Suggested: Domestic Carro.

9. Search for United States.

10. Uncheck Territories and any non-states, then click Done.

11. Click Add rate.

12. Choose the Rate Name tied to your free shipping, and set the Price to $0.00. Click "Done".

• Enter a Rate Name for free shipping, and set the Price to $0.00.

• Note: Shopify’s naming rules for shipping rates still apply. For more details, see Shopify’s documentation.

13. Click Done.

14. Click Save.

To test, add a Carro product to your cart and confirm that no shipping charge appears at checkout.
