How Can I Adjust My Revenue Split for an Existing Partnership?

Adjusting your revenue split in your Settings tab will only affect future partnerships and new orders; it does not automatically update existing partnerships.

To change the revenue split with an existing partner:

1. Reach a new agreement with your retail partner via email. You can find the appropriate contact through the Partners tab.

2. Forward the agreement to Carro Support at support@getcarro.com for verification and processing.

Note: You do not need your partner’s approval if you are increasing their revenue split (e.g., offering 35% instead of the current 25%).
