How do Shipping Fees Work?

By default, shipping methods and fees are collected by the retailer based on their store’s shipping profiles. These fees are not automatically transferred to the supplier.

If you’re a supplier and need to recover shipping costs on Carro orders, you have three options:

1. Adjust revenue splits
   Factor the shipping cost into your revenue share when setting up your partnership.

2. Activate Flat Rate Shipping
   Set your own shipping fees and free shipping thresholds for the products you sell. (Note: This must be approved by your retail partner.)

3. Edit product pricing
   Increase your Carro product prices to account for the cost of shipping.
